Sarah Mazzetti (b. 1985) holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication (Bologna University 2008) and a diploma in Illustration (IED – Milan 2010).
Her experience with visual communication covers a wide range of fields, from editorial illustration or poster design, book projects and short animations. Beside working as a freelance illustrator, she curates a self-publishing label called Teiera together with Giulia Sagramola and Cristina Spanò, and teaches at IED in Milan.
Over the years, Sarah has been awarded with several recognitions: Golden Pen of Belgrade 2015; YCN Award 2014; Society of Illustrators Golden Medal for American Illustration 33; Speaker at festival in 2014; Computer Arts Illustration Annual 2014; Selected artist at 2013; It’s Nice That Annual 2012; 3X3 Magazine and she has worked internationally with clients and magazines such as The New Yorker, The New York Times, MIT Technology, Die Zeit, Adobe, Feltrinelli, Vice US, Rivista Studio, IL – Il Sole 24Ore, Plansponsor, aiCIO Magazine, The Fader, Rolling Stone Italy, GQ Italy, Anorak Magazine, Link Magazine, YCN Studio, Eni, Biancoenero Edizioni, Mondadori.
